Dr. Simonsen is proud to be a husband, father, Christian, and Navy veteran. He set out to be a chiropractor not to just help with pain, but to serve people in a way that would improve an individual’s overall quality of life. Bryana Simonsen

Bryana is a full time high school teacher, mom, wife, and Adapt office manager. She first experienced chiropractic care after dealing with knee pain for years, especially when sitting or standing for long periods of time. After only a couple of adjustments, Bryana no longer had knee pain and could finally commute to work comfortably! She continued with care throughout all of her pregnancies, which enabled her body to deliver quickly and unmedicated. Bryana is truly a servant of the people and loves to help any and every way she can!

Kelsey Lacher

Kelsey is from a military family and has lived all over the world! However, she is originally from Raleigh. She is a mom of two boys and has a passion for health and fitness. She is a graduate from East Carolina University with a degree in Exercise Science. She completed an intensive internship with THOR3 and fell in love with their rehabilitation program. This is where she learned firsthand how our bodies were designed to heal themselves. This experience pushed her into the holistic health field! As a chiropractic assistant she is able to express her love of helping people create a healthier lifestyle.
